The nutritionist points out that it is very easy to make mistakes in eating habits even if you seem to be doing everything right and do not sin with snacks and fast snacks. She points out that, firstly, people often underestimate how many calories they actually eat at a restaurant. Meal size can be deceiving - a very small portion eaten in a few minutes can have significantly more calories than eating a large portion of wholesome, nutrient-dense food. In order for the diet to be well thought out, attention should also be paid to this aspect – the volume of the chosen meal – because it directly affects the feeling of satiety and food choices on the given day. Only a few know how many calories and nutrients they should consume at each meal, depending on their physical abilities, lifestyle, habits, goals, etc.

Secondly, many people do not pay enough attention to the amount of fruits and vegetables in their diet and eat far too little of them. One of the reasons why such a problem is relevant is that people do not know how to cook vegetables deliciously and include them in everyday meals. The third most common mistake is excessive use of salt and sugar, without even realizing it.
